Tarek joined O Media Holding in March 2014 and currently serves as its Chief Executive Officer, bringing with him an extensive track record in information technology and business leadership. With a career spanning over two decades, he has played key roles in driving growth, innovation, and operational excellence across multiple industries. 

Prior to his current role, Tarek served as Projects Management Director at O Media Holding. He also spent seven years as Vice President for Business Development at Shorouk Group, where he managed a diversified portfolio across publishing and manufacturing. Earlier, he held leadership positions at NOOR Data Networks, one of Egypt’s leading data carriers, progressing from Marketing Manager to President between 2005 and 2008. 

In 1998, Tarek founded CLIP Solutions, an Internet technology development firm, serving as its Managing Director. He began his career as Marketing Manager at InTouch Communications Services. 

In addition to his role at O Media Holding, Tarek serves as Chairman and CEO of iProductions, ONA, which owns and manages leading digital platforms such as Masrawy, Yallakora, and Elconsolto. He is also Chairman and CEO of Frenzy, an esports startup, where he focuses on driving innovation and growth in the digital entertainment space. 

Tarek holds a BSc in Computer Science from the American University in Cairo and an MBA in International Business from the Maastricht School of Management.

Kamal serves as the Chief Operating Officer at iProductions, bringing a unique blend of high-level operational leadership and deep-seated artistic vision to the team. A talented Executive Producer with extensive experience across the film and television industry, Kamal has built a career defined by a passion for storytelling and a commitment to cultural impact. 

Kamal’s professional journey is marked by significant milestones in the regional film landscape. He notably co-founded the Gouna Film Festival, an achievement that underscored his role as a cultural bridge-builder and a pioneer in bringing authentic Middle Eastern narratives to a global stage. 

Before joining iProductions, he founded his own production company, where he collaborated with a diverse roster of A-list actors, directors, and producers to bring high-profile projects to life. 

Throughout his career, Kamal has earned a reputation for his meticulous attention to detail and creative problem-solving. He is recognized for his ability to navigate the complexities of large-scale productions, consistently ensuring that projects are delivered with excellence, on time, and within budget. This balance of creative integrity and operational rigor has made him a respected figure in both the artistic and business sectors of the media world.

Known for his attention to detail and structured approach, Mina plays a key role in supporting production teams and enabling smooth, financially sound project execution.

A media professional specializing in content development and production, with a strong background in journalism. He has worked with leading newspapers and satellite channels such as ON TV and Al Kahera Wal Nas, gaining solid experience in content creation and editorial management. He has also led content management at production companies like Promomedia and iproductions, contributing to numerous film and TV projects. This has strengthened his ability to manage creative work from concept to execution with both strategic and artistic vision. Ahmed is known for his commitment to storytelling excellence and audience engagement, bringing a forward-thinking approach that explores innovative ideas and elevates the overall entertainment experience.
